ENROLLMENT INFO:

Taylor County School District is located in Campbellsville, KY. Our teachers and staff members are dedicated to working together to help all students succeed. 

Whether you are enrolling your first child or are new to the community, school staff is available to help you through the enrollment process and ensure all documentation is correct and all your questions are answered. Schools host registration and enrollment days prior to the beginning of the school year. In addition, enrollment appointments may be made throughout the year. Kindergarten registration is usually held during the month of March and appointments can be made by contacting Kecia Burress directly at Taylor County Primary Center. 

Enrollment Checklist

Please bring the documentation listed below with you to enroll. 

• Certified Birth Certificate issued by the Vital Statistics office
• Social Security Card
• Updated Immunization Certificate
• Current Kentucky Physical (upon entry and for 6th grade)
• Kentucky Dental Exam (upon entry)
• Kentucky Eye Exam (upon entry)
• Two forms of proof of address
