Apptegy / Rooms for Staff

Teachers and staff, 

To log into your Apptegy account from a computer/ laptop, please visit https://id.thrillshare.com/users/sign_in and log in using your Google credentials. If you need your Google credentials, please contact the Tech Department by filling out a Technology Help Desk Ticket. 

To log in using your phone, please download the Apptegy for Staff app:

How to create a Connect Rooms:

1. Go to All Classes in the left sidebar.

2. Click + New at the top.

3. Enter:

   • Room Name

   • Campus

   • Room Color

   • Section Visibility (behavior, materials)

4. Add students and staff using Rosters or Users

5. Click Publish to create the room

*You can also add more students later from the Room’s home or info tab.
