Taylor County Administrators attend KAST Spring Conference
Teachers, staff members, and administrators from Taylor County School District recently attended the Kentucky Association of School Technology (KAST) Spring Conference in Louisville, KY.
Samantha Farmer, nursing teacher, and Lindsey McPherson, grant writer, co-presented on the lasting impact of a KAST grant received last year and the positive influence it has had on programs and students at the Central Kentucky Career Academy.

Additionally, Katie Harris, Taylor County High School Library Media Specialist, proudly accepted a $15,000 grant that will bring virtual reality technology into content areas and CTE classrooms.

Thank you to everyone who attended the conference and continues to seek professional learning opportunities and resources that support and enhance student success.
Expect greatness from Taylor County Schools!
