TC Achievement Award Winner Announced for June

Ms. Brenda, a bus driver for our transportation department, was the recipient of the TC Cares Award. She was nominated by the Taylor County High School Softball Team. She drove the team to and from games and tournaments this past season and is a huge supporter of the team.

The Lady Cards said, "after a long journey, Brenda was unable to drive the bus to our first district game. So as not to disappoint the team, Ms. Brenda gave her time and rode along on the bus to cheer them on. This meant the world to the team."

She can usually be found close to home plate watching the games and cheering on the team. After the team won the 20th District Tournament, the Lady Cards would not take a team picture until Ms. Brenda joined them on the field!

"Ms. Brenda is a true example of someone who goes above and beyond giving her time to support TC students. Thank you Brenda for not only keeping the team safe on the road, but also for being a kind supporter!"
